While we are experts in health and care, we can support any organisation or group seeking to make a positive difference to people and communities.
We know that funding is one of the main challenges facing the public and third sectors. In our experience the right help can pay for itself many times over. Our charges are reasonable and we are happy to meet with potential funders to help finance your policy and project work.

About
London Road Policy & Projects was founded in 2016 by our Managing Director, Chloë Reeves.
Chloë has extensive experience of working with charities and public bodies to improve health and social care. She has led high profile advocacy campaigns, including the British Red Cross's 'Prevention in Action' campaign, which secured amendments to primary legislation that extend and clarify statutory duties around adult social care. She is especially experienced in delivering work that connects people and organisations with different perspectives and ways of working, and provided national management to the Richmond Group of Charities' 'Doing the Right Thing' programme.
Chloë has an MA in the Philosophy, Politics and Economics of Health and was an Honorary Research Associate at UCL’s Crucible Centre for Lifelong Health and Wellbeing. As a Churchill Fellow, Chloë recently spent time in the Netherlands and Sweden, exploring the role of the third sector in their 'Buurtzorg' model of person-centred care. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
London Road Policy & Projects offers pro bono consulting to small charities based in St. Leonards and Hastings, particularly those working to secure policy and practice change within health and social care.
